DELIVERY POLICY

At OPcreative, we strive to ensure fast and efficient order processing for all fulfillment services. Below is our order processing and shipping policy to help you plan accordingly.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within the same business day.
Production Time:
  • Express Production: 48 hours (includes order dispatch to the post office).
  • Standard Production: 2-3 days (includes order dispatch to the post office).
Shipping Time: Estimated Delivery: 4-7 business days after production is completed.
During holidays or peak seasons, shipping times may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe due to increased demand and carrier constraints.
PAYMENT POLICY
Please top up first, and the topped-up amount will be gradually deducted after each order processing.
Top-up Method:
We accept Vietnamese bank transfers at the Vietcombank exchange rate or you can top up to our Pingpong account: daudau.011022@gmail.com.
